All payments will be accepted through the standard modes set by Goforexport.com. As we maintain clear communication with our clients and proceed only with their approval, there is no provision for full or partial refunds. We explicitly state that payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it is sent for processing immediately. Changes in your personal preferences over time cannot be considered a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.
Goforexport.com maintains a record of each payment and the services activated. The company provides all service and payment records to clients on official letterhead, which must be signed by the user or customer with their company stamp or accompanied by their PAN card. Once this signed letterhead is received, Goforexport.com will not be responsible for any refund unless the client provides substantial proof of a major issue.
If a customer claims they have not received services, Goforexport.com will provide documented proof of its ongoing work with the customer, including email correspondence. If these proofs are verified, no refund will be processed unless the client presents valid evidence of services not being delivered.
All payments for services on Goforexport.com must be made in favor of "Webridgetech Innovations" only. We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name (e.g., an individual or third-party organization) or through personal Western Union or PayPal accounts. Goforexports.com is not liable for any losses arising from transactions with unauthorized or fraudulent entities.
If an employee who has left Goforexport.com attempts to discourage you from the services you’ve paid for, and your membership tenure has already exceeded one month, no refund will be provided. Similarly, if you cancel your membership after one month due to business closure, Goforexport.com may transfer the remaining to another company or reference provided by you, but no will be issued in such cases.
Deals promised as part of a membership package are measured over the entire tenure period. For example, if a deal is not closed within a month, Goforexport.com has the full membership duration to fulfill those commitments. Clients cannot request refunds based on monthly deal expectations, as the entire tenure is allotted to deliver results.
Before the activation of membership, users or subscribers can cancel and request refunds under the following conditions:
1. Credit Card Transactions: Users can email their intention to cancel their membership or subscription in response to the billing email sent by Goforexport.com. Upon receiving the cancellation request, Goforexport.com will cancel the transaction, and the credit card will not be charged. If the transaction has already been authorized, the refund will be processed within seven working days of receiving the cancellation request. Note that payment gateways may take additional time depending on their internal procedures to credit the refunded amount.
If a cancellation request is received before the cheque or demand is deposited, it will be returned to the user. If already deposited, Goforexport.com will issue a refund cheque within seven working days after the amount is credited to its bank account. The refund cheque will be sent via registered post or email to the drawer of the original payment.
